Update Policy

Your licence is perpetual — the version you receive runs forever with no expiry. We release 1–2 updates per year covering new features, improvements, and security patches. Year 1 updates are included. After that, an annual update subscription (quoted with your licence) keeps you on the latest releases. If you choose not to renew, your installation continues to work exactly as-is — you simply won't receive future updates.

Licence Terms — Please Read

Resale and redistribution are strictly prohibited under all circumstances. The TalentX self-hosted licence is issued exclusively for internal use within the purchasing organisation.

  • You may not resell, sublicence, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer the software or licence to any third party.
  • You may not use TalentX as part of a product or service you sell to others.
  • You may not remove or alter copyright notices, authorship credits, or licence identifiers in the source code.
  • Breach of these terms results in immediate licence termination and may result in legal action.
