The AI matching engine scores every employee against every open position using skills, experience, and availability, so you fill roles internally before losing people to outside jobs.

Each open position has a list of required and preferred skills. The engine scores every employee by computing a weighted skill overlap — mandatory skills count 2× compared to preferred skills. Employees who also flagged readiness to move score higher. The result is a ranked shortlist you can review in seconds.

Yes — employees can see their own fit score for any open position they view. Managers see a ranked list of all candidates. Career change signals are confidential: only the employee's direct manager and HR admins can see whether someone has flagged interest in moving.

Yes. All plans include a CSV import tool under Admin → Users. Map columns for name, email, department, title, and manager email. Temporary passwords are generated automatically and emailed to each employee so they can set their own. Most customers are fully onboarded in under 30 minutes.

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. If TalentX isn't right for you, email hello@testcodesleep.com within 7 days of signing up and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked. The guarantee applies to the first payment only and not to renewals, upgrades, or annual subscriptions after the first year.

Yes — cancel any time from your billing settings. Your workspace stays active until the end of the current billing period. We do not issue partial refunds for unused time. Before you cancel you can export all your data.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal. If you downgrade below your current user count, you'll need to deactivate excess users first.

All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. Invoicing and bank transfer are available on Corporate and Enterprise plans — contact us to arrange.

VAT is added at checkout where required under EU law. Business customers in EU member states can enter their VAT number at checkout to apply the reverse-charge mechanism.

Cloud workspaces are hosted in the EU. Data never leaves EU infrastructure. For self-hosted deployments, data stays entirely on your own servers — we have zero access to it.

Yes. TalentX is built GDPR-first: consent collection at signup, data subject rights (access, erasure, restriction) built into the platform, audit logs, configurable data retention with automatic purge, and a Data Processing Agreement available on request. Docker and Docker Compose. A Linux server with 1 GB RAM is sufficient for small teams. We provide a ready-to-run docker-compose.yml — most setups are running in under 5 minutes.

No. A self-hosted instance makes no outbound connections to TestCodeSleep servers. Your data stays entirely within your infrastructure.
